Description
Position Summary:
The service delivery administrator is responsible for the clear direction, coordination and distribution of the in-house couriers daily delivery route, acting as a liaison between the Furniture Installation Supervisor, Delivery Personnel, Sales Staff and Customer Service in order to guarantee prompt delivery to customers, inventory control. Collaborates with the Furniture Installation Supervisor in the pursuit of operational and customer service excellence.

Primary Duties
Customer Service:
* Customer-service oriented
* Works well in a team environment
* Previous experience in a customer service roll as plus and must have computation/mathematical ability and reading comprehension
* Knowledge of PC applications necessary including Outlook and basic PC knowledge
* Eagerness and ability to learn, absorb new information quickly
* Have the initiative to work with minimal instruction and direction
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Responsible and mature and possess a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline driven environment
* Responsible to work with the team on problem resolution to maintain highest levels of customer satisfaction
* Must have strong organizational and motivational skills and attention to detail
* High degree of accuracy including follow-up.
* Coordinate drivers and third party installers.
* Keep track of delivery signatures and reporting.
