As a Project Estimator, you will help drive our processes and develop new strategies for our Sales teams, while using the estimating skills youve already sharpened.

Key Responsibilities:

* You will support the Project Management team by providing cost estimation, commercial pricing, scope of work preparation, and application recommendations for prospective projects.
* Works closely with the Sales and Project Management team to understand key features of each account and build customized pricing templates for account portfolios
* Ability to clearly articulate the methodology and reasoning behind pricing and quoting to project managers, clients, vendors, and sales organization.
* Must be comfortable making calculated risk decisions and possess accountability on pricing methodology used.
* Implement technological improvements to increase sales team productivity
* Be part of a fun, dynamic culture that encourages rapid professional growth
* This position will work remotely.

Qualifications:

* Minimum education level required is Associates degree, business related preferred.
* 3 years of experience with proven success in project estimating and project management in the field of painting / construction / renovation.
* Previous experience and understanding in coatings industry required.
* Detailed understanding of takeoff and estimating software, preferably with Stack CT or similar software.
* Strong experience with Excel/Spreadsheet software, intermediate level a plus.
* The ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects across multiple markets, meet timelines, and work in a fast paced deadline driven environment.
* A stellar work ethic and proven success as a self-starter.
