As a Customer Service Associate, your empathy and interpersonal skills will help you provide NVR customers a positive experience in the face of difficulty. Your proactive problem solving skills will help you analyze and communicate customer issues as a team leader. You're movitvated by the opportunity to address a customer's concern and problem-solve to find a resolution that creates a positive outcome.

Primary Responsibilities

* Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
* Manage and respond to customer service issues in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer service requests in customer relationship management system (CRM)
* Coordinate directly with field warranty employees to develop a strategy for handling long-term customer service issues
* Work with the supervisor to monitor call center activity and optimize customer service processes

Qualifications

* 1 - 3 years of professional experience in customer service
* Proven ability to interact with customers and manage relationships
* Highly-driven proactive problem solver
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Proficient typing skills with ability to document call notes during customer interactions
* Understanding of the Homebuilding industry is a plus
* Knowledge of NVR products and procedures is a plus
