Collections Representative

We are currently seeking aCollections Representative!

We are currently seeking a FULL-TIME professional, courteous, empathetic and enthusiastic individual with a customer service / call center background. Let your customer service skills shine through prompt, efficient handling of incoming and outgoing customer calls related to billing and settling past due balances, and relative to company products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Resolve customer understanding and questions around, billing, payments, service performance as well as start and end dates by service, via phone and email
* Generate and send customer statement to clients related to their billing, payments and services

* Reconcile differences between Company and client understanding of billing, payment, policy, product and transaction terms and conditions.

* Capture and note customer engagement, outcomes and next steps into our system of record.

* Where applicable, create tasks to have invoices adjusted or payments (or credits) applied

* Work collaboratively with Sales Account Executives and Sales Managers to engage with customers, address outstanding issues, and settle balances.

* Meet or exceed minimum collections and service goals

* Meet or exceed a minimum outbound call requirement

Education, Skills and Experience:

* Must have High school diploma or equivalent
* At least one year of customer service and/or call center experience

* Experience in collections

* Excellent communication skills, written and oral

* Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to adapt to change

* Must be very willing to work in a heavy phone-based environment, both inbound and outbound

* High aptitude and tolerance for engaging with potentially dissatisfied clients

* High agility and tolerance to shift focus from task to task, or from one sub-segment of clients to another

* Possess core values to engage customers with the highest level of respect and integrity

* Must be able to work 7:30am 4:10pm (40 min lunch)

* Preferred proficiency/knowledge in various computer applications; e.g. Google Docs, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Chrome, Salesforce.com, Oracle, ERP

* Adaptable to change
