General Description

The Global Logistics team is responsible for the management of all logistics functions in support of manufacturing and distribution facilities around the world. From a centralized control tower in Houston Texas, shipments are executed with the highest level of precision, expertise and integrity, delivering best-in-class service, products and support to our customers.
The Global Logistics System Administrator is accountable for the daily operations, oversight and maintenance of systems, processes, data analytics and supplier support.
Essential Job Functions
* Lead activities related to OTM, Oracle Transportation Management System
* Facilitate user access, onboarding and training for logistics users, accounting and third-party suppliers
* Prepare reports on system performance, project status and department metrics
* Review and process transactions for orders, shipments and invoices
* Identify root cause for system performance issues and corrective actions
* Provide ongoing guidance and support to users
* Continuously seek opportunities for performance improvement and increased efficiency
* Participate in the further development, testing and integration of logistics systems
* Maintain processes and procedures
* Develop and foster relationships with internal customers, suppliers and colleagues
* Support objectives identified by senior management
* Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned by management

The Completion & Production Solutions segment provides equipment and technologies for hydraulic fracture stimulation, including pressure pumping trucks, blenders, sanders, hydration units, injection units, flowline, and manifolds; well intervention, such as coiled tubing units, coiled tubing, and wireline units, as well as blowout preventers and tools; onshore production comprising fluid processing systems, composite pipes, surface transfer and progressive cavity pumps, and artificial lift systems; offshore production that include fluid processing systems, floating production systems, and subsea production technologies; and connectors for conductor pipes. The Rig Technologies segment offers substructures, derricks, and masts; cranes; jacking systems; pipe lifting, racking, rotating, and assembly systems; mud pumps; blowout preventers; drives and generators; rig instrumentation and control systems; mooring, anchor, and deck handling machinery; and pipelay and construction systems.
It also provides spare parts, repair, and rentals, as well as remote equipment monitoring, technical support, field service, and customer training services. The company was founded in 1862 and is based in Houston, Texas.
