Job Description

The Principal Program Manager for Microsoft Teams Rooms Managed Services will be responsible for defining the partner platform for the service, enabling partners to build on and scale through their own offers.

We deliver an intelligent room management service to customers and partners. Our vision is to provide great customer service in the new category of Endpoint Managed Services, solving challenges through software orchestration and our AI Operations platform.

* Envision and build an intelligent platform to enable partner scale building on the managed service AI Operations.
* Understand the partner requirements and align with our approach and strategy.
* Outline the interface definitions specific to enabling partners to consume the service.
* Identify opportunities to drive business impact and reduce cost for partners on our service, making their operations more efficient.
* Anticipate, identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
* Drive thought leadership and showcase partner enabled services on the managed service stack.
* Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across engineering and partner teams.
* Degree in Computer Science, or related field, or relevant experience.
* Ability to analyze, problem solve, and deliver initiatives from conception to completion.
* Outstanding problem-solving skills and a passion to solve hard problems.
* Ability to work with partner teams across organization boundaries.
* Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
* Demonstrated experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment.
* Experience in building a large-scale service.
