Our vision is to build and deliver a value add Talent Acquisition function that not only delivers hires, but also consults the business to offer talent/competitor business intelligence, map the market for business-critical talent, develop a strong employer branding strategy (with a focus on employee advocacy) and a university relations strategy (to attract our future talent).

As a Global Talent Acquisition Branding and Operations Specialist you will be accountable for the design and execution of various marketing strategy content to build our employer brand and increase employee awareness to position us as an employer of choice. You will also be accountable for the creation of knowledge management information to establish materials to drive a better understanding of internal stakeholders as to the use of tools and resources provided in support of process design and on-going development of our Global Talent Acquisition processes and systems.

Branding:

* Act as a social media brand ambassador and identify a variety of digital channels through which to convey the companys key messages, while creating and driving content to inspire and engage both an internal/external audience.

* Build and execute a Content Marketing Strategy

* Partner with business leaders, global talent acquisition and third-party event/marketing agencies to boost a range of recruitment and strategic relationship-building activities both on the paid marketing & organic side (campaigns, events, career fairs, conferences, digital banner ads, etc.)

* Partnership with Communications Team and Advertising Agency to manage paid and organic marketing, content planning, and social media initiatives to promote the integrated Digital Employer Brand Strategy for Global Talent Acquisition

* Create Marketing materials for the Social Media team

* Create, plan, and implement recruitment marketing strategies to build employer brand awareness online

* Drive content through authentic storytelling, leadership activation, and highlight diversity & inclusion stories to ultimately attract top talent

Operations:

* Point-of-contact with the technology group on updates and technological advances in our applicant tracking system that would impact global talent acquisition.

* Create reports and dashboards via our applicant tracking system for the global talent acquisition function.

* Conduct and build upon year-round compliance initiatives & support operational workstreams as required.

* Promote projects and efforts of continuous improvement of global talent acquisition and identify opportunities for continued automation, and efficiency within our technology ecosystem and talent acquisition processes.

* Sponsor special projects as needed.

* Partner with a background check, assessment, and all talent acquisition vendors to ensure standard level agreements (SLAs) are met and meeting expectations

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree or applicable years of experience

* A minimum of three years, preferably working in a pharmaceutical or bio-tech product knowledge or any other heavily regulated environment.

* A minimum of three years experience managing digital marketing practices across major social media platforms, to including employer branding.

* At least two years of operations exposure troubleshooting technical issues as well as the capability to develop and implement strategies to address problem areas

* Ability to handle confidential information.

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

* Working knowledge of Workday applicant tracking system and Phenom Client Relationship Management is strongly desired.

* Previous exposure working with a budget.
