Description

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

* * *

* Global Data Analytics/Reporting: EEEC, sustainability metrics, and charitable spend; Will use analytical/reporting tools to bring value to stakeholders: Power BI, Excel, and related technologies .

* Responsible for managing Business Intelligence ( BI ) in the Corporate Responsibility Teams Space

* Will take ownership of Corporate Responsibility Power Business Intelligence ( BI ) workspace

* Database/Information Management; Will use database management/cleansing tools: Visual Studio (SSAS and SSIS), SSMS, Power BI, Power Query, Excel to insure data quality and organization

* Global Customer Service & System Management; Will be business ownerfor My Community SharePoint site and responsible for continuously improving site and customer experience

* Ad Hoc Reporting and Analytics Projects and Requests; will work with partners completing donation processing, collection, and matching, leadership scorecard surveys, sustainability metrics

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following :

* Intermediate experience in a relevant discipline is required, 3-6 years experience

* Knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in data science is highly preferred and includes: SQL query language execution on NOSql and SQL sources, Data profiling tools, technologies and coding, Data Catalog tools and technologies, Business intelligence tools and technologies, Power BI

* Intermediate experiences in the following are preferred: Exposure to Big Data open source, Clustered compute cloud-based implementation experience

* College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject required

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. It also provides air and fuel filters, fuel water separators, lube and hydraulic filters, coolants, fuel additives, and other filtration systems; and fuel systems for heavy-duty on-highway diesel engine applications, as well as remanufactures fuel systems.

The Power Systems segment offers back-up and prime power generators, controls, paralleling systems, and transfer switches, as well as A/C generator/alternator products under the Stamford, AVK, and Markon brands. The Electrified Power segment provides electric and hybrid powertrain systems; and battery modules, packs, and systems for commercial, industrial, and material handling applications. The company sells its products to original equipment manufacturers, dealers/distributors, and end users. The company was formerly known as Cummins Engine Company and changed its name to Cummins Inc. in 2001. Cummins Inc. was founded in 1919 and is headquartered in Columbus, Indiana.
