Project Management & Planning Operations, Sr. (Level 3)
Individual will represent Production Operations within ADP Specials Projects portfolio.
Candidate skills will focus on the creation and coordination of accessing and maturing MRA / MRL to meet contractual requirements.
Candidate will quote, forecast, man-load, and schedule manufacturing activities in support of multi-program requirements. Individual must have hands-on experience analyzing engineering concepts, drawings, and sketches to define manufacturing approaches and plans.
Candidate must have the knowledge and ability to provide detailed manufacturing and facility plans, maximize operation workflows and execute schedule and budget requirements.
Selected individual must be knowledgeable of all facets of Production Operations program development from design concepts through fabrication, assembly and integration for prototype and low rate production environments.
Furthermore, the candidate must work well within an Integrated Product Team environment and be proficient with Microsoft Office software.
Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.
This position requires an Active Secret Clearance within 6 years.
Basic Qualifications:
Manufacturing Experience, to include:
Tooling concepts, Fabrication (metallic & Non-Metallic), Assembly, System Integration, System Check Outs.
Project Management Experience.
(EVMS) Earned Value Management System Knowledge.
Desired Skills:
Experience with (MRL) Manufacturing Readiness Levels, and (MRA) Manufacturing Readiness Assessments.
Ability to drive actions to closure.
Experience working independently across multiple functions and with all levels of leadership.
Experience giving program level presentations.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
MS Office Excel & PowerPoint experience.
