HR Solution Center Coordinator

We're hiring an HR Solution Center Coordinator! This newly created role will provide centralized human resource services focused on back-of-the-house tasks for the Human Resources organization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate, high quality responses and solutions to internal customers. You will also play a critical role in ensuring that critical tactical tasks are completed, while providing support to the Learning and Development team.

The primary responsibilities include completion of general HR tasks; These tasks are not all inclusive and may change as this role evolves.

* Ensuring items are scanned and entered into the HR Repository

* Processing vendor invoices

* Procession union dues

* Entering garnishments

In addition to the above, this role will be a direct resource to the Learning & Development team. Tasks may include:

* Coordinating classroom and virtual trainings

* Ensuring that course participants have what they need to effectively participate in courses

* Ensuring that each course runs smoothly, and that everyone has a great experience

* Leveraging the Learning Management System (LMS)

* Coordinating content from third party vendors

* Managing materials and training supply inventory

Education, Experience & Skills:

* Bachelors degree strongly desired. Candidates without a degree that have related work experience may be considered

* Experience in Human Resources, Payroll, L&D or Event Planning roles desired

* Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other common software applications; HRIS experience strongly desired

* Strong communication skills; ability to effectively communicate in an open and timely manner

* Creative problem solving skills

* Ability to handle confidentially information with great tact and professionalism

* Ability to balance and prioritize multiple demands; excellent self-management skills

* Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Experience:
Experience working with unions
Experience in Workday & ServiceNow
