Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a LogisticsEngineering Manager 2 to join our team. This leadership roles will be locatedin Roy, Utah and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD)program. Learn more about the GBSD program here. Northrop Grumman supportsthe Air Forces sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardwareand system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Groundand Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associatedinfrastructure.

What you will get to do:

The candidate will manage logistics relatedanalysis and maintenance planning of the GBSD platform. The candidate willinfluence system design to enhance supportability and utilize engineering datafrom various sources to determine logistics requirements.

Roles andresponsibilities:

Management of logistics supportengineers. Ensures that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Assists in the development of maintenance engineering and logistics support.Plans and contributes to proposal efforts. Reviews support requirements andrecommends tool and test equipment. Establishes calibration requirements forfield systems/equipment including all maintenance tasks. Performs maintenanceand maintainability demonstrations for customers. Reviews handbooks fortechnical adequacy.

These positions will have a standard work scheduleof 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Mondaythrough Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum of a Bachelors of Science in STEM
* 9 years of related experience with Bachelors; 9 years with Masters;
* Active DoD Secret clearance investigated within the last 5 years.
* Able to read and interpret CAD drawings
* Familiarity with MIL-HDBK 1388-2B, GEIA-0007, and S1000D
* Experience with Teamcenter
* Experience establishing productrequirements, design of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electricalequipment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experienceestablishing product requirements, design of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumaticand electrical equipment

* U.S. citizen andability to obtain a security clearance

* Must possessexcellent oral and written communication skill

* Must be knowledgeablein Microsoft Office Suite - Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
