Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team.
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions regarding policies, procedures and programs.
Arranges interviews, liaising with hiring managers and candidates, booking rooms, preparing interview schedules, book travel arrangements and issuing supporting paperwork and documentation.
Performs data entry to input and update applicant information in the candidate database.
Assists recruiters with internship program, on campus college recruiting initiatives and coordinates career fair material.
Drafts Offer Letters and Employment Agreements for Recruiter final review.
Processes background checks to verify candidate information and ensure that the minimum hiring requirements are met. Including extensive background checks and fingerprinting.
Schedules and coordinates meetings and special events.
Reconciles monthly background vendor invoices.
Serves as backup to Onboarding Specialist.
Contributes to various HR Projects across our teams.
Maintains a clear and detailed knowledge of the industry trends, best practices, and labor legislation.
Partners with all areas of HR.
Works on various research projects and/or special projects as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:
3-5 years of Human Resources experience.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
Strong verbal/written communication abilities and effective interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of urgency.
Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Knowledge and prior experience with Human Resources policies & practices, a plus.
