The Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) Systems Test Organization team requires a Test Engineering amp; Operations Manager responsible for all facets of ATDC Systems Test engineering amp; operations, including staffing, planning, execution and reporting in multiple technology areas. This position requires a highly motivated and self-starting individual with relevant test operations experience, who will be willing to work additional assignments beyond the defined requirements of this position.

Typical duties include:

* Manage the daily test activities and personnel support, prioritize tasks and oversee the strategic long-term planning of test engineering amp; operations
* Manage the daily tasks of the assigned personnel, including Test Engineers, Systems Test Engineers, Operators and support personnel
* Manage the Test Engineering amp; Operations including budgets, personnel and resource scheduling as well as program de-confliction.
* Liaise with the PAICoE Test Operations Functional Homeroom and the Government Flight Representative (GFR) as required for the statement of work
* Act as the Systems Integration, Test and Evaluation site lead during the execution of test operations
* Identify all risks, issues, and pressures and develop mitigation and closure plans.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor of Science Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math
* Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience with an emphasis on 5 years of test engineering.
* Active DOD Top Secret clearance, with an investigation date within the past 6 years
* Ability to obtain a PAR

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master of Science degree in science, technology, engineering or math
* Flexibility to work additional flight assignments beyond the defined requirements of this position.
