NorthropGrumman Space Systems is seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal Cyber InformationAssurance Analyst. This position will be located at Hill AFB, UT and willsupport the Ground Subsystems Support Contract (GSSC) program.
What youll get to do:
* Performassessments of systems and networks within the networking environment orenclave and identify where those systems and networks deviate from acceptableconfigurations, enclave policy, or local policy. This is achieved throughpassive evaluations such as compliance audits and active evaluations such asvulnerability assessments.
* Establishstrict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and supportsobtaining certification and accreditation of systems. Includes support ofprocess, analysis, coordination, security certification test, securitydocumentation, as well as investigations, software research, hardwareintroduction and release, emerging technology research inspections and periodicaudits.
* Assistin the implementation of the required government policy (i.e., NISPOM, DCID6-3), make recommendations on process tailoring, participate in and documentprocess activities.
* Performanalyses to validate established security requirements and to recommendadditional security requirements and safeguards.
* Supportthe formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST amp;E) required by each governmentaccrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in thetests, analysis of the results and preparation of required reports.
* Documentthe results of Certification and Accreditation activities and technical orcoordination activity and prepare the system Security Plans and update the Planof Actions and Milestones POA amp;M.
* Periodicallyconduct a complete review of each system's audits and monitor correctiveactions until all actions are closed.
* Thisposition may be filled at a higher level based on the qualifications listedbelow.

Thispositions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employeeswho work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Fridayoff.

Youll bring these qualifications:
This position may befilled at the Principal level or the Sr. Principal level.
* Minimum 5 years of related experience with aBachelor's degree in a related field; 3 years with a Masters degree. (Sr. Principallevel requires 9 years with a Bachelor's, 7 years with a Masters)
* DoD 8570 IAM level 3 certification (or abilityto obtain within 6 months of hire)
* U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a TopSecret Clearance
These qualifications would be nice to have:
* ACTIVE Security Clearance desired
* Information Assurance (IA) experience withtesting security of COTS equipment
* 5-7 years of directly related experience
* 5 years of recent ICBM experience
* Proven innovation strengths and strategic valuecreation

* Prior involvement with MM III softwaredevelopment/modification programs
* The preferred candidate will have the followingexperience:
