Northrop GrummanStrategic Space Systems Division is seeking a highly qualified, missionoriented Configuration Data Management Controller 3 located in RedondoBeach with responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
Coordinate with Transportation forMGSE/EGSE and Flight Hardware moves. Handle shipping and receiving ofsmall items to and from offsite work locations. Ensure all property is properlyupdated using NG Property system for all moves. Status, Receive, inventory andtrack all Flight hardware required for the Manufacture amp; Test Operationsfloor. Maintain consumable inventory. Review engineering documentation,reports, specifications, and drawings to determine material requirements,ensure compliance with engineering specifications, and to ensure engineeringorders reflect latest requirements. Analyze proposed changes in product designto determine effect on documents such as drawings, test specifications,manuals, and ensures all documents have required approvals. Notifiesappropriate departments of any new or updated requirements. Maintains audittrails. Support audits. Second shift and overtime work required. Possibleoffsite travel.
