The selected candidate will support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities for the Republic of Korea Global Hawk Contractor Logistics Support Contract in Sierra Vista, AZ and be responsible for directing and managing personnel in the development and production of ILS products which will influence design and maximize system supportability and reduction of O amp;S costs. Ensure that support elements are addressed through interface with associated engineering teams and disciplines to understand and resolve issues associated with ILS products. Accountable for the development, delivery, and sustainment of ILS products to support the operation and maintenance activities. Coordinates with internal amp; external suppliers as required to obtain data and information required for analyses. Reviews status of ILS products and budgets; prepares and manages schedules, and interfaces with management and other IPTs as required.
Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for the management of ILS team members and functions.
* Provides direction to subordinates and interface with upper management
* Ensures personnel needs are met and ensures they have the tools and resources required for their jobs
* Encourage and foster high morale
* Single point of accountability for the development, delivery, and sustainment of all assigned ILS products and analyses
* Reviews field support requirements and recommends spares, tooling and test equipment
* Assists in the development of maintenance engineering and logistics support
* Plans and contributes to proposal efforts

Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor rsquo;s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math field from an accredited institution or at least 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree providing Integrated Logistics Support to include; Parts Provisioning, System Training, Packaging Handling Storage amp; Transportation, Spares Analysis, Level of Repair Analysis, and New Equipment Fielding amp; Training
* Supportability Analysis, Parts Provisioning, and/or management of ILS teams
* Experience in Technical Training development and instruction for Unmanned Aircraft Systems
* Awareness and understanding of modular technical document specifications like S1000D and DITA for IETMs
* Experience leading a team
* Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite and software analysis tools
* Must be a US Citizen with current DoD Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
* Expert-level knowledge of the roles, responsibilities, and underlying methods necessary to develop Integrated Logistics Support products
* Current or ability to gain Top Secret DoD Clearance
* Familiar with ILS data developed in accordance with MIL-PRF-49506, logistics footprint data, level of repair analysis and support equipment requirements
