Job Description

We are currently hiring a Director/Sr HRBP to provide operational support to the Corporate Enterprise functions. Location to flex between Burlington, NC, and RTP, NC.

The HRM/HRBP will be an integral member of a team to diagnose and deploy appropriate HR interventions required to deliver the business strategy and improve business performance. This individual will be responsible for partnering with other HRBPs to ensure delivery of HR services either personally or through managing the interface between the business and HR Centers of Excellent. Collaboration across the enterprise HR function to deliver HR services will be a critical aspect of this role.

Partner with Senior Business Leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR services for enterprise corporate functions (Finance, Marketing). Provide guidance and direction in the areas of Talent Management (including Diversity and Inclusion), Leadership Development, Employee Engagement and Workforce Planning. This role will also be very involved in M & A integration activities. Serves as HR Business Partner contact for Executive Committee members and their direct report across corporate functions

Experience

* 8-10 years human resources experience in a fast-paced global environment, including direct experience in Talent Management and Succession Planning, Manager and Employee development, Performance Management, Change Management Processes, Communication Processes, Compensation and Wager Structure, Supporting Diversity and Inclusion, Employment Law
* Strong background in M & A integration and leading the HR integration efforts in both small and large international transactions.
* Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
* Ability to work across global and matrixed structure
* Independent decision making ability
* Collaborate effectively across shared HR Service model, including Centers of Excellence (Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Global Talent Management)
* Ability to smoothly transition from strategic to operational detail
* Attention to detail a must
* Experience in collaborating to establish processes, improve ways of working, and efficiencies is a must.
* Must have demonstrated strong computer skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
* Experience in implementing culture change to adapt to Human Capital Management System a plus
* Experience coaching to improve delivery and performance a must.
* Strong communications skills, including interpersonal and analytical problem-solving skills
* Experience coaching leaders
* Experience with an evolving HR model a must

Requirements

* BS/BA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
* PHR/SPHR/CP/SCP certification a plus
