As a part of our continued growth, we are looking for dedicated and passionate Operations Managers to join our team at LKQ! As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overall branch performance, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, personnel, sales, inventory, and gross margin. This role assists in all departments, including but not limited to: warehouse, inside sales, and outside sales. You will play a vital role in the team by also providing leadership, employee direction, and motivation. In addition, the role establishes and maintains a close working relationship with the General Manager as second in command. Essential Job Duties:

* Instill in all employees the desire to provide customers with excellent service, courteous treatment and quality products.
* Coaches and motivates qualified staff.
* Manage key performance indicators relative to sales growth, productivity, inventory control and profit margins.
* Monitor branch sales plans and objectives.
* Manages and monitors all departments within the designated budget.
* Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws, statutes and regulations, as well as all Company policies and procedures.
* Comply with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard-free workplace.
* Support the continual improvement of Keystone Automotive Industries' quality improvement system.
* Assumes other duties as assigned

Requirements

Job Requirements:

* High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required
* Prior experience that demonstrates effective supervision and leadership skills required
* Ability to apply basic principles of management; i.e., plan, organize, direct and control
* Ability to manage numerous employees to meet budgeted sales objectives for specific branch
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Must possess attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as ability to multi-task
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Must possess negotiating skills as well as decision making abilities
* Must be able to work under various conditions with frequent interruptions
* Must be able to stand for long periods, as well as sit, walk, push, pull, bend, climb
* Must be able to move and/or lift at least 75 pounds
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software, as well as other office equipment such as multi-user telephone line, fax machine, and computer

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts as well as an office environment. Should be able to tolerate high and low temperature levels and occasional inclement driving conditions. Must have high energy level, and the ability to work under pressure. This position requires individuals to occasionally be on their feet except when operating machinery, or performing supervisory responsibilities. Experience with forklift, order selector, pallet jack, and pull cart is preferred.

•  2013 acquisition of Sator Beheer B.V. ("Sator"), a vehicle mechanical aftermarket parts distribution company based in the Netherlands, with operations in the Netherlands, Belgium and Northern France. This acquisition allowed us to further expand our geographic presence into continental Europe.

•  2014 acquisition of Keystone Specialty, which expanded our product offering and increased our addressable market to include specialty vehicle aftermarket equipment and accessories.

•  On December 22, 2015, LKQ announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the holding company of Rhiag-Inter Auto Parts Italia
•  S.p.A (“Rhiag”), a leading pan-European business-to-business distributor of aftermarket spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Rhiag has operations in Italy, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Poland and Spain. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2016 and is subject to customary closing conditions and necessary regulatory approvals.
