District Overview
TIC Power (TICP) provides direct-hire construction services for Power Generation utilizing a non-union craft force. TIC Power builds major EPC power plant projects throughout North America.

Responsibilities
Provides direct supervision and maintains overall responsibility for the management of construction and quality control activities.
Has direct responsibility for ensuring SSCVS procurement and construction is performed in accordance with design specifications, drawings, and applicable construction procedures to meet NWPs requirements with minimal rework.
Fully authorized and empowered to completely manage the Contractors personnel, coordinate Contractors personnel clearance issues and ensure that Contractors personnel follow all NWP and DOE requirements when working at the project site. Coordinate all construction activities that involve interaction with design personnel and NWP personnel, and completely manage all tasks awarded to the Contractor.
Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies
Plan, organize, and schedule the construction activities.
Has direct responsibility for ensuring completion of project activities on or before scheduled due dates without sacrificing quality.
Serve as the primary point of contact with NWP for project status, analyzing risks, and resolving issues.
Strong work ethic - willing to do what it takes to get the job done
Provides formal P6 schedule to NWP as requested.
Budget and schedule development and maintenance.
Assuring quality control, contract compliance and administration.
Project administration systems management and management of assigned job site personnel.
Administering safety programs and maintaining good owner relations.
Qualifications
Ability to travel and relocate as needed
10+ years' experience in all aspects of managing commercial construction projects with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
No less than 5 years of nuclear experience at DOE/NNSA or commercial nuclear facilities.
Bachelors degree in construction engineering, construction management or a related degree or comparable work experience.
Ability to understand project scheduling and cost control, and to read and understand project owner specifications and engineering drawings
Work independently as well as part of a team
Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong organization/time management skills
