As a Receptionist, you will provide administrative support for Kiewit Water Facilities South. You will have the opportunity to the face of Kiewit by greeting & taking care of our customers, clients, and employees.

District Overview
Kiewit's Water Facilities South group is one of Kiewit's leading water/wastewater districts specializing in constructing water treatment facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, and desalination plants. Although we are headquartered in Irving, TX, with regional offices in Miami FL and Atlanta GA, we also pursue various projects stretching across the country. Because our people receive continuous and extensive training, hands-on experience and challenging responsibilities from the day they join our team, they quickly develop the expertise that has earned our district its reputation as the premier contractor in the southeast United States
Location
This position will be based at the Kiewit Water Facilities South, 4790 Regent Blvd., Suite 1500, Irving, TX 75063. This is a shared service environment supporting our District office as well as our jobsites in a professional office setting.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors at reception, announce and direct them.
Answer and properly route incoming phone calls
Perform administrative duties.
Maintain various group email rosters, office seating assignment drawings, and keep current phone listings
Submit service tickets for building and office machine repairs as needed. Confirm repairs are complete and follow up when appropriate.
Assist with meeting coordination including meal catering, room set up, and clean up
Maintain contact list and calendars in Outlook.
Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations.
Maintain various logs, reports and templates.

Qualifications
Highly motivated, self-starting and self-directed
Knowledge of general receptionist duties
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of incident and problem management
Ability to multi-task, work independently and as a part of multiple teams
Ability to manage a variety of technically challenging tasks effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to solve unique problems with creative solutions
Must be able to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work efficiently
Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high quality standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to present information both to technical and non-technical customers/stakeholders, in appropriate media and form
