This person will play an important role in leading the standardization and simplification of multiple inbound channels.
The role includes the following responsibilities:
* Develop strategy and lead delivery for the client facing instruction capture programs
* Ensure e2e delivery from instruction, data publishing and data distribution across outbound channels
* Provide overall governance and reporting of all programs across core services and products, inclusive of Custody, Fund Accounting and Middle Office Services
* Focus on simplification and standardization to enable clients to instruct with ease. This includes supporting decommissioning of legacy instruction capture channels to new, strategic framework.
* Managing all client trade instruction type requests across supported asset classes and instruction channels (blotter, MQ, SWIFT, FpML, files) for delivery
* Shape, drive build-out and adoption of instruction capture & management tools across all client segments Asset Owners, Asset Managers, etc.
* Support client customization and integration with select FinTech partners and 3rd party providers.

Required Qualifications and Characteristics:
* Minimum 5 years experience of Banking and Financial Services Program or project certification, or equivalent work experience / Bachelors degree
* Program or industry certification, or equivalent work experience
* Thorough understanding of all asset types including equities, fixed income products, OTCs
* Demonstrate superior judgment to mitigate risk; foster an environment where risk/control issues are escalated and creative solutions are identified
* Broad-based business knowledge across the full Securities Services product suite, with deeper knowledge in one: Custody, Prime Brokerage, Middle Office or Fund Services
* Have experience and knowledge with industry wide instruction standards like FPML and SWIFT
* Subject Matter Expertise - must have experience in large programs delivering change in an complex operational environment with emphasis on trade processing for all instructions types (cash, trades and asset servicing
* Client facing experience - leverage the user experience strategy to define the minimum viable product and migration strategy aligned with overall instruction capture roadmap
* Excellent written and oral communication, clarity of thought and the ability to express oneself clearly
* Experience with system and process design, including use of Visio
* A problem solver with the ability to see the big picture across lines of business, as well as being able to step in to understand the detail to help resolve issues as and when required
