Trend Manager - Home (Remote Work Available)

The Trend Manager/Designer will report to the Corporate Trend Director and research and report on key trends emerging for our customers. You will be a key contributor to our seasonal messaging, aligning the home area with corporate initiatives and presenting home ideas to help drive corporate messaging.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Research seasonal trend for hard and soft home areas.
* Produce seasonal trend presentation.
* Participate in establishing corporate cross divisional trend direction.
* Influence home product during development and assortment phases to ensure relevant, engaging offerings for the customer.

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

* 4-year College degree preferred.
* Prior experience in trend forecasting ideal.
* 5-7 years experience in trend and/or design.
* Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Collaborative nature with the ability to work cross-functionally.
* Ability to multi-task with effective time-management skills.
