Introduction

We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Out workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.

Starting hourly wage $17.80. Can progress to other internal job opportunities that pay $19.03- $23.50 per hour., 3rd shift differential $0.33.

Candidates must be open to working any shift. Primarily looking for candidates interested in 3rd shift.

* 3rd shift hours 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

Please note we do work overtime hours on a regular basis during the week and occasionally on Saturdays. If overtime hours are worked during the week shifts could be 8, 10, 12 hour shifts. If overtime hours are worked on Saturdays, shifts could be 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Safely, operating machinery
* The ability to practice housekeeping
* Reading factory orders
* Utilizing basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other testing equipment.
* Consistent quality and count inspection of a product.
* Accurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followed.
* Blowing down the machine
* Cleaning ink systems
* Counting and stacking finished product

Experience

At least one year of experience working in a manufacturing environment. Applicants must have a stable work history, good attendance record, positive attitude and a desire to produce quality work as part of a team. Experience in the corrugated industry is a plus.
