The Intel Architecture Graphics and Software (IAGS) Executive Office is seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team as a GPU Solutions Architect. This position requires in-depth technical knowledge in addition to customer facing experience. The candidate will provide deep-dive technical support to customers as they develop their GPU solutions outside the traditional client and datacenter markets. In this role, you will act as a consultant on GPU product implementation and provide technical support to customers who are developing their solutions. The role would provide opportunities for the engineer to act as evangelist for Intel's GPU technology and prepare collateral as needed to capture best practices for effective use ensure customer success. The ideal candidate would enjoy being an expert on a broad range of topics, be creative and find solving problems to be rewarding. Some amount of travel may be required for this position. Responsibilities Include: Be the Voice of Customer to drive the right tech developments to move the ecosystem. Innovate and incubate technology solutions that address industry mega trends and customer pain points. Drive technical customer engagements & proof of concept designs with vertical strategic priorities. Seek out interesting new incubations and strategic architectures that would grow our business. Be a technical voice, growing development, tech briefs, white papers, conferences. Be the Technology domain expert to engineering teams on design solutions Work across Intel to leverage cross-BU assets and expertise, to enact the strategy. Define solutions that strongly differentiate Intel from competition. Preferred Capabilities: The successful candidate will have a strong blend of these skills:. Deep technical knowledge of SW and HW components of a GPU platform Direct customer experience with experience defining and reducing complex technology problem areas to rapidly deployed and scaled solutions Experience working with and defining use cases and technology requirements for Intel A strong organizer, negotiator, and collaborator, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment A customer and solution-oriented mindset to drive technology solutions with key stakeholders at all levels
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related. Ten years or more of experience working with ecosystem partners and building mutually beneficial technology solutions. Preferred qualifications: Masters in Electrical / Computer Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
