* Work with Customer Relationship Management (com) data to enhance data quality and accuracy, focus on KPIs/metrics and draw sales insights.
* Follow-up with customers to gather feedback on Customer Satisfaction and learn about how Customer Experience Excellence program drives continuous improvement across our business.
* Develop short how-to videos to guide sales engineers on connecting the dots between process and CRM tool.
* Work on Sales Learning and Development digitization projects to enhance our commercial onboarding program.
* Work with our Inside Sales team to help identify target accounts and increase our commercial intelligence.
* Gain insights on sales operations while growing your knowledge of Honeywell products in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.

YOU MUST HAVE

* Currently pursuing Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Engineering, technology in an accredited college or university
* Must be able to participate in a co-op prior to completing current degree program

WE VALUE

* A working knowledge of sales principles and best practices
* Good team and communication skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
* Skilled in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint. Oracle and SharePoint experience a plus
* Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
