In the role of PAVA Demand Generation Manager you will lead the definition, development, promotion, specification and sales of the Honeywell PAVA (Public Address & Voice Alarm) portfolio in North America. You will act as the domain knowledge expert for Public Address and Voice Alarm Hardware and Software in North America, work closely with consultants to specify the portfolio, sign up channel partners such as Fire system integrators, develop end-user leads in specific verticals and support the commercialization efforts of our sales teams. You will work with engineering and sales to develop the next generation portfolio so that it meets North Americas requirements and positions Honeywell to continue to lead and grow our market share in Public Address and Voice Alarm. You will be responsible for revenue and margin achievement.

In your role, you will be responsible for:

* Serving as the PAVA product owner in North America and achieving revenue and margin targets
* Creating and executing the NA product strategy and roadmap for the PAVA business. This includes identifying and pursuing high-opportunity markets, segments and offerings
* Building a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, industry players, trends, competitive strategies, technologies, standards, regulations and economics
* Driving Voice of Customer (VOC) activities to identify opportunities to differentiate Honeywell PAVA
* Planning and executing product launches, including value propositions, product bulletins, competitive analyses, datasheets, sales tools, and marcom / promotional activities
* Driving channel activities, working closely with consultants to specify the portfolio, signing up channel partners such as Fire system integrators, developing end-user leads in specific verticals and supporting the commercialization efforts of our sales teams.
* Contributing to the STRAP/AOP planning process for the portfolio
* Supporting regular senior management portfolio reviews

Travel Requirements
Estimated 50% or more travel

YOU MUST HAVE

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical B2B (business to business) sales
* Valid Driver's License

* Bachelor's degree
* Experience in Public Address & Voice Alarm Systems
* Track record of successfully delivering growing revenue and margins in a B2B space
* Track record of promoting complex offerings and generating demand with Fire distributors, building integrators, consultants and building owners
* Experienced with integrated software and hardware building communications systems
