Offboarding
* Process voluntary terminations in Workday
* Compile all supporting documentation for involuntary terminations in Workday and Docusign
* Report on termination activity to various groups
* Process unemployment claims for terminated employees
Onboarding
* Present I9 information at New Hire Orientation
* Verify accuracy of I9 documentation and E-Verify
* Process Reverifications of I9s
Matching Gifts
* Verify specific data points to approve charitable gifts in Community Crew portal
Qualifications:
* College Degree or equivalent experience
* 0-2 years of work experience
* Risk management mindset with the ability to protect and maintain confidential information
* Intermediate experience with Excel
* High level of attention to detail
