Recruiting Manager, TalentX Executive Research Team

Facebook is hiring some of the best technical minds around and we need the best recruiting minds to match our business needs. As a Recruiting Manager for our TalentX Executive Research Team, you will build, lead and scale a team of executive recruiting researchers tasked with identifying top talent for executive level positions. You will develop, drive and execute strategies to support hiring efforts at the executive level within the organization. This is a high-visibility role that will provide the opportunity to drive meaningful impact within a newly formed and exciting team. This Recruiting Manager will support all business pillars and functional areas across Facebook and provide strategic guidance on market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping efforts. The Recruiting Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of their team, and provide hands-on support for complex and high visibility searches.

Recruiting Manager, TalentX Executive Research Team Responsibilities

* Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to a team of recruiting researchers while managing to milestones and metrics

* Hire, train and onboard new executive research team members

* Develop strategic sourcing mechanisms and implement scalable solutions that will achieve Facebook hiring objectives at the executive level

* Exhibit strong project management, communication and relationship management skills to build bridges across Executive Research team as well as establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders

* Collaborate with business leaders to drive world-class recruiting practices while ensuring a high-touch, white glove candidate experience

* Support and manage all aspects of team's searches including resourcing, forecasting, reporting and managing competing expectations

* Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to drive research and inform business decisions

* Define and design strategic talent-mapping research to generate top executive candidate profiles and implement creative engagement strategies to sustain robust candidate pipeline

Minimum Qualifications

* 8+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience

* 4+ years experience managing a team of sourcers and/or recruiters

* 3+ years experience in the Executive Search and/or Recruiting Research function

* Experience managing teams of 5+ direct reports and developing individual contributors

* Experience communicating and working with cross-functional teams including C-Suite Executives

* Experience providing a consultative recruiting approach with internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience leading executive search teams in the technology industry

* Experience building and scaling new teams

* Experience delivering large projects, process improvements and managing through change
