Join Facebooks human resources organization, People@, on a team of strategists and transformation leaders to drive our most complex and cross-functional initiatives. This team partners with leaders across People@ and Facebook to tackle challenging, high velocity work. Performing diverse roles as project leaders, change managers, advisors, and connectors, these consultants and strategists use deep HR domain fluency, agility, and excellent management skills to advise leaders, guide projects, and ensure readiness for change. They act as nimble leaders with skills in issue-based problem solving, HR leading practices, and influence at all levels within HR and across the business. Additionally, they operate effectively in ambiguous, dynamic situations and collaborate meaningfully with a wide range of stakeholders.
HR Strategy and Execution Partner Responsibilities
* As an individual contributor, operate as an advisor developing strong relationships with leaders, valued for the ability to synthesize information, facilitate decision-making, and leverage systems thinking
* Manage execution of complex projects including roadmap structure, work plan development, and project management
* Leverage data and storytelling to support decision-making and enable change across the organization
* Utilize issue-based problem solving techniques to rapidly identity problem statements and structure key activities to deliver outcomes
* Possess or develop subject matter fluency across all areas of HR and people practices to advise People@ leaders
* Run cross-functional projects and programs effectively and efficiently by escalating risks, tracking decisions, empowering decision makers, identifying interdependencies, building project plans and managing stakeholders
* Support change management activities associated with HR programs
* Create content for leaders and facilitate working sessions and support steering committee meetings
* Communicate effectively with a broad set of stakeholders from People@ and across Facebooks business
Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, organizational transformation, or HR consulting
* Proven agile leader and collaborator in highly dynamic environments and high-growth businesses
* Expert use of issue-based problem solving, root cause analysis, and other similar techniques
* Executive presence and influencing skills demonstrated by an experience building robust and lasting relationships with senior human resources and business leaders
* Expert communicator and facilitator
* Experience designing and leading complex human resources initiatives
* Experience with change management design and execution
* Fluency in topics like human resource strategy, service delivery, and people practice development
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources
* Experience in organizational transformation, human resources consulting, and/or people practice development
* Experience in high-growth companies
