The Contingent Workforce Generalist (CWG) works across the company to help drive compliance, education and projects for the Contingent Workforce Program. Our ideal candidate will partner closely with the Contingent Workforce Business Partners (CWBP) to provide support to business leaders and teams. They will be able to manage the team alias and provide customer service support while adhering to team SLAs.
Contingent Workforce Generalist Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding support to employee and internal stakeholder inquiries around the Contingent Workforce team, processes, policies and issues.
* Create and maintain documentation around key work functions, providing training and mentoring support on areas where you are designated as Subject Matter Expert.
* Partner with CWBPs to meet team goals, drive projects to completion and solve complex problems.
* Identify issues proactively based on discussions and trends.
* Drive program level project initiatives.
* Conduct in-person training sessions.
* Facilitate resolutions of accommodation requests, immigration requests and investigations for CWs.
* Manage day to day tactical work including but not limited to the alias, communications, documentation, scheduling and running meetings.
* Small client group ownership as needed/available.
Minimum Qualifications
* 3+ years customer service support experience.
* Proven customer service skills, communication skills and experience handling sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
* Analytical and problem solving experience Capable of exercising independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action.
* Experience interacting with all levels of a professional organization.
* Self-starter and fast learner requiring minimal direction.
* Proven attention to detail and accuracy.
* Collaborative and excels in a team environment.
* Proven computer skills including proficiency with MS Office applications.
