Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook's success and critical to this strategy is the recruitment and development of early in career talent. We have a world-class team working together to help drive our ambitions and scale to the next level and we are looking to hire a Head of Emerging Talent to lead our university recruiting, early career and pathway program recruiting initiatives. This full-time position reports into the Head of Scaled Programs and Experiences (SPE) and will be responsible for setting long-term strategy and defining our approach to attracting, developing and hiring the early in career talent that will fuel the future of Facebook. We are looking for an inclusive and empathetic leader who can scale our existing function to align to Facebooks growth and overall mission of giving people the tools to build community and connect the world. You will bring thought leadership, deep insights and a human centric approach to the role while partnering successfully with other leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a highly strategic operator, an excellent people manager and have a successful and progressively responsible leadership track record in fast-paced companies.

Head of Global Emerging Talent Recruitment Responsibilities

* Help build, bring to life and inspire the long-term vision for Facebooks early in career recruiting efforts globally

* Build a broad internal network of productive working relationships across HR, industry recruiting leaders and business leaders to inform and influence investment in early career talent and programs

* Provide strong organizational leadership for a large and global team of recruiting and operations professionals deeply committed to diversity and inclusion

* Leverage industry knowledge and external benchmarking to develop global brand and attraction strategies that can be deployed across hundreds of universities, conferences, networks and programs worldwide

* Develop and manage a network of large-scale internship and pathway programs designed to engage and develop early career Facebook talent

* Scale innovative education initiatives and external partnerships in support of Facebooks commitment to diversity and our community

* Partner with Recruiting Insights to develop a global strategy and roadmap for data and reporting anchored in compelling insights

* Lead and track projects across multiple cross-functional teams including: Diversity, HR, Legal, People Analytics, and Compensation

* Drive critical business operations such as annual demand planning, strategy development and review cycles, workforce planning and management and executive briefs

Minimum Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience in either Recruiting, HR, Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion (or other disciplines) with demonstrated success in creating and execution senior level recruitment strategies

* 8+ years people management experience with proven track record of creating inclusive teams that grow and thrive

* Demonstrated experience executing on multi-country as well as multi-regional strategies (i.e. EMEA, APAC, LATAM)

* Demonstrated experience recruiting for positions across business functions

* Demonstrated experience articulating a vision translating into executable strategy and driving cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan

* Proven executive presence, leadership and project/operations management skills

* Experience translating data and analytics to develop insights, drive decisions and measure impact

* Experience managing multiple stakeholders with varied business priorities
