The People Analytics team is seeking a Strategic and Operations Manager to assist with strategic initiatives, complex project/portfolio management, support the VP of People Analytics and her team, including supporting the health and functioning of the team. This person will possess the flexibility to juggle a range of tasks, including, but not limited to, supporting strategic initiatives across the People Analytics organization, representing the People Analytics team on broader cross-functional projects, preparing for critical executive meetings, and maintaining the quality of key client-facing deliverables. This is a full-time position reporting to the VP of People Analytics with a flexible location.
Strategic and Operations Manager, People Analytics Responsibilities
* Partner closely with the VP of People Analytics and internal stakeholders on key business initiatives, programs, resource planning, and special projects
* Lead critical, strategic bodies of work for and within the People Analytics team as needed
* Contribute a point of view on challenging analytics and support strategic operations for the organization
* Dive into cross-functional projects and programs and establish deadlines related to overall goals, ensure team is aware of key milestone dates, and communicate issues related to staying on schedule
* Synthesize and uplevel complex data and problems to deliver clear explanations with key points of background and context
* Stay up-to-date with trends in analytics, HR tools, HR, and the technology industry
* Develop a strategic understanding of the business and be the person that can connect the dots between teams to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and collaboration
* Identify and recommend improvements to internal processes related to People Analytics and Workforce Strategy and relationships across the organization
* Analyze data, surface insights, summarize information, and identify business strategies that allow the team to improve execution and efficiency
* Manage annual planning and budgeting processes
* Work closely with internal communications and HR teams to ensure leadership is communicating constantly and transparently across Facebook organizations
* Key point of contact for the organization

Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years work experience in a strategic or analytical role, or experience supporting or advising executive teams
* Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and toggling between strategic and detail modes seamlessly
* Experience working closely with senior executives and driving results with people at all levels
* Experience identifying, designing, implementing and maintaining business processes
* Experience managing a complex portfolio of projects and stakeholders
* Experience in shifting priorities while maintaining organization and control
* Communication, project management, change management and decision-making experience
* Experience synthesizing information and translating strategy into action
* Proven track record handling confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience working in People Analytics
* Graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
* Experience in an advisory role
