We are looking for a Product Partnership Manager to join our team to identify and prioritize new business opportunities, activate third party partners around emerging monetization products with billion dollar-plus potential, and represent the partner ecosystems to Facebooks Product teams. The Product Partnership Manager will drive our third-party strategy for unlocking more value for businesses on Facebook by integrating their existing assets and workflows into Facebooks business tools. You will make an impact on a global scale working with a team that solves big problems for Facebooks fastest growing partner ecosystems. To be successful in the role, you will be a well-rounded 'business athlete - an analytical problem solver, who understands the marketing tech landscape, as well as a dynamic leader in complex cross-functional environments and with partners. Product Partnerships Manager, Signals Responsibilities
* Collaborate with product and marketing teams both within Facebook and at third-party partners to develop new ad product capabilities in the market
* Build global strategy to drive business growth through third-party partners with end-to-end ownership from product/initiative ideation to goal attainment
* Synthesize trends in the ecosystem, product performance, and partner growth to influence investment decisions with key stakeholders including executives
* Incubate new initiatives to grow advertising business and product adoption
* Identify innovative solutions in the market through expertise on partners capabilities
* Lead an analytical approach to identify growth initiatives and design in-market experiments leveraging third-party partners to validate hypotheses
* Lead large, global, cross-functional teams including business development, solutions engineering, marketing, data science, and partner management teams to drive execution against initiatives
* Project manage cross-functional initiatives, product alpha/beta programs, new product launches, and partner communications through collaboration across global stakeholder teams
Minimum Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, product marketing, or equivalent experience
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent
* Demonstrated track record of solving complex, strategic business problems using data and insights
* Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership experience delivering measurable impact
* Experience working through ambiguity to develop a strategy, setting aggressive goals, and executing
* Proven communication skills
* Demonstrated experience executing in a fast-paced environment with several cross functional teams
* Experience working through shifting priorities and learning quickly, while maintaining organization and control
Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced degree such as an MBA
* Experience launching new advertising technologies and products
* Experience working with senior leaders and executives to drive business decisions
* Startup and/or entrepreneurship experience
* Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
