Job Accountabilities
CROWN Beverage Packaging USA has immediate openings for safety conscious employees at its Winchester, VA location. All applicants must be able to work any shift and be available for overtime as needed. Applicants should possess good analytical skills (Chart reading and interpretation), quality focused, customer driven, and take responsibility for maintaining the highest standards in the industry. Must have minimum high school diploma. Crown provides a generous benefits package that includes company paid medical/dental/vision/holiday/vacation/life/plus pension and tuition reimbursement.
Qualified applicants must have 3+yrs. Industrial experience on quality, inspection and operating of various gauges. Must be able to judge quality of product, have good color comparison good decision making and able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management. Abilities to perform basic Computer Operations (e.g. Navigating Screens, Accessing Programs). Perform and or duties as required or directed by management
