Records Management Subject Matter Expert

Key Role:

Support analysis and establishment of a records management solution for a DoD client. Provide subject matter expertise to teams performing design, installation, configuration, testing, implementation, administration, and sustainment of the Records Management Application (RMA). Comprehend, capture, and translate business requirements into system design and assist with implementation of the required configurations of the RMA solution. Validate the list of functional requirements against the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requirements and the DoD Electronic Records Management Software Application Design Criteria Standard (DoD 5015.02-STD). Support testing and piloting of the RMA solution and perform compliance checks against the objectives of the Baseline, Classified, and Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act (FOIA/PA) DoD 5015.2-STD chapters. Develop and provide training on the RMA solution to a wide variety of users who will adopt the RMA solution to conduct all Records Management life cycle activities. This position is located in Washington, DC.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with records management efforts

-Experience with enterprise content management configuration tools, including SharePoint

-Ability to plan, develop, and organize information, documents, data, and records efficiently

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with project management

-Experience with supporting delivery of IT systems or software applications
