Organizational Overview: The GT&O Resiliency & Business Continuity (GRBC) team oversees and governs all technical resiliency design, planning and testing requirements; coordinates GT&O event response activities; facilitates resiliency/recovery exercises; and executes Recovery & Resolution Planning responsibilities for Global Technology & Operations.

Role Overview: The GRBC team is looking for a strong Project Manager to provide technical change management for key projects in support of our strategic goals. This role will manage multiple, interdependent projects to drive process improvements and deliver on business outcomes and is responsible for leading end-to-end projects from inception to implementation.

Responsibilities include:

End-to-end Project Management including development of business requirements, translation of requirements into project plans and execution of those plans in line with Enterprise Change Standards.

Plans and coordinates project deliverables across multiple service providers in support of project requirements.

Responsible for communicating project status across delivery teams, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Plans, organizes, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion.

Facilitates discussions to identify and manage risks and remove roadblocks.

Provides transparency through the identification and management of interdependencies, issues, and risks.

Highly organized, ability to simultaneously prioritize tasks and handle numerous time-sensitive issues.

Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed.

Responsible for all project documentation.

Required Skills/Certifications:

* 3+ years of technical project / change management
* Experience with Enterprise Change Standards
* Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, driving timely decisions
* Ability to coordinate efforts across multiple stakeholders
* Strong communicator, ability to concisely communicate complex information
* Results oriented, independently driven, self-motivated
* Experience with Agile development methodology
* Experience with Business Continuity and related principles/standards
* MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Power Point, Word, PowerPoint, and Project)

Desired Skills/Certifications:

* 5+ years of technical project / change management
* PMP Certification/Six Sigma Certification
* Experience with change management tools (Remedy, PPRT, ECG, PCM)
* Expertise with Global Change Policy and Enterprise Change Standards
