Responsibilities and Qualifications
The Sales Department Assistant (SDA) provides support for the Sales Team to ensure an extraordinary client experience. The SDA will assist the Sales Team by directly/indirectly helping Sales Managers and Sales Experience Managers with activities that would help close deals quicker.
* Must be able to drive and operate vehicle
* Maintain all demos and inventory to show clients
* Pull cars from inventory when needed
* Fill deliveries and/or demos with gas
* Wash demos and inventory as needed
* Take sold inventory to make ready/prep center
* Keep all cars showroom clean
* Transport cars to clients or to offsite locations for additional work
* Help perform physical inventory monthly
* Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
* Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies and adhere to the requirements
* Attend weekly department meetings
* Other duties may be assigned
* Experience using Microsoft Office
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Must be at least eighteen years of age
* Must have a valid drivers license and meet company MVR policy requirements
* Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
