Description

The process & project management function on the PMO/ Mobilization team is focused on developing and driving consistent end to end processes that support the customer lifecycle in an efficient and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

* The individual will be responsible for job specific activities, including but not limited to:
* Work to continuously improve and develop tools, programs, and processes necessary to support the overall team strategy
* Project management duties for assigned projects
* Understand all facets of the teams effectiveness practice system tools and processes
* Drive many-faceted and multi-tiered projects to a successful conclusion in a fast-paced environment
* Track project status, manage and escalate project issues and risks as appropriate
* Performing business analyses and reporting as well as necessary research needed to support such initiatives
* Provide support to end users of Team tools (Salesforce, Smartsheet, etc.) as required to execute key activities
* Effectively collaborate across field and functional teams



Day to day job responsibilities

* Support of Smartsheet
* Manage licenses
* Sustainability plan for security
* Handle the mailbox
* PMO Projects
* Small Projects that rely heavily on Smartsheet Knowledge
* Including but not limited to
* Building Dashboards
* Organizing intakes for new projects
* Shadow PMO & Mobo Calls for Learning Opportunities
* Task Desk for Larger Accounts



Qualifications

* Strong MS Suite skills especially Excel
