Business Development Manager – Southeast - PCG

Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Contributes to the ongoing execution of Private Clients strategy in order to deliver growth, profitability, operating targets and maximization of shareholder value.
* Drive short and intermediate term strategies within the assigned territories that are aligned with long-term goals through adaptation, innovation, and risk selection to maximize ROE, improve profit and maintain market leadership.
* Balance and enhance broker relationships, leveraging the strength of Private Client Group.
* Manage the daily production of producers within assigned territory.
* Build strong internal and external relationships with producers, centers of influence, team members and management.
* Continuously monitors competitive environment and adjust business plans accordingly.
* Adhere to distribution best practices across the territory.
* Collaborate across the organization to maximize, deliver, and consistently harness the PCG value proposition to the marketplace.
* Live a culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, diversity and inclusion; successfully conduct talent acquisition, employee engagement and performance monitoring/evaluation work; lead through example

Technical Skills & Experience:

* 2 plus years of High Net Worth Personal Insurance experience.
* Strong influencing and communications skills and ability to work across multiple areas of company and industries.
* Possesses strong presentation, verbal and communication skills.
* Must be able to Forecast and budget accurately.
* Analytical and quantitative skills.
* Process and system skills.
* Readily adjusts priorities to respond to pressing and changing workplace demands.
* Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
