Job Summary
Under direct supervision, uses knowledge and skills obtained through education, training and experience to assist a business unit or department in making credit decisions. Verifies credit information and analyzes routine financial data. Oversight is provided to perform work that is somewhat difficult in character requiring some evaluation, originality and ingenuity to make routine decisions. Maintains regular contact with customers and other external entities to identify, research and resolve problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Researches and analyzes financial statements, interprets findings, and prepares various reports for use in loan underwritings and periodic loan reviews.
Maintains documentation files and monitors compliance with terms of loans.
May periodically monitor accounts and escalate irregularities or inconsistencies as appropriate.
Prepares spreadsheets, reports, summaries and opinions.
Prepares report evaluations while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable State, Federal, agency and investor guidelines.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Reading, interpreting, analyzing and applying information from credit reports.

Preparing routine financial position and credit reports.
Maintaining documentation files.
Credit portfolio management.
Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable State, Federal, agency and investor guidelines.
Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
Bachelors Degree (B.A.) in related field and zero (0) to two (2) years of credit experience.
OR ~
Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
