Housekeeper - Whirlpool Corporation Dunrovin Conference Center

Function Overview
Dunrovin is Whirlpool Corporation's private 155-acre conference center and retreat. On site recreation including fly fishing, tennis, skeet range, trails and more. Food and beverage is focused on fine, modern cuisine and wines.

Two rotational shifts: AM (5:00am 2:00pm AND PM (8:00am 4:00pm)

Job Responsibilities

* Cleaning guest rooms, and guest bathrooms, vacuuming, bed making and restocking guest amenities.
* Maintain cleanliness of public areas.
* Clean facility common areas and meeting rooms including bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking food and beverage amenities, window washing, mopping, etc.
* Clean and restocking out-buildings; gazebo, offices, service rooms.
* Conference meeting room set-up and refreshing, including frequent restocking and cleaning of food and beverage kiosk area.
* Clean immediate areas outside of buildings and patios including guest service ware, trash, recyclables, and resetting outside fire pit.
* Maintaining laundry services for the conference center, food service department, & grounds departments.
* Cross functional responsibilities in food service, maintenance possible.
* Daily removal of recyclables and garbage.
* Drive company car / cart throughout resort. (Valid Drivers License is required)

Minimum Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED
* 1+ years of housekeeping experience within a resort, conference center, hotel or country club setting.

Preferred Requirements

* Previous experience as a Lead Housekeeper in a hotel setting
