The group includes Home Lending, Auto, Credit Cards, Retail & Merchant Services, Personal Lending, Consumer Lending Control, and Consumer Lending Shared Services.

The Consumer Lending team partners with other businesses across Wells Fargo to create and deliver transformational experiences that help customers gain access to credit. The vision for the Consumer Lending business is to leverage technology and data to make it simple for customers to easily access credit when and where they need it. Consumer Lending serves customers across the country through our distribution network of more than 5,300 retail banking branches and Home Lending offices as well as online and digital channels.

We are looking to fill multiple Product Owner roles within Home Lendings Product Strategy and Delivery organization. These openings will could support any of the following areas:

* Home Preservation Home Preservation/Loss Mitigation is responsible for presenting options to the homeowner who is experiencing a hardship, inclusive of options to stay in the home or leave the home without experience a foreclosure.
* Foreclosure Foreclosure is responsible for completing the foreclosure process within investor guidelines when foreclosure alternatives have been exhausted.
* Bankruptcy Bankruptcy is responsible for ensuring accuracy and consistently servicing bankruptcy accounts in accordance with laws, investor, and insurer guideline in the most effective manner for Wells Fargo Home Lending and providing quality and timely service to both internal and external customers.
* Customer Account Management (CAM) Operations - CAM is responsible for overall account operations statement and payment processing, taxes, insurance, escrow, account maintenance, borrower communications, settlement, and lien releases for Wells Fargo Home Lending customers.
* Operational Risk Operational Risk is responsible for all of our control testing for all of our customer impact remediation and some of our litigation work.
* Investor Services - Investor Services is responsible for the cash movement and reporting to investors on a daily or monthly basis per contractual guidelines.

The Product Owner is responsible for product planning and delivery prioritization. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with agile teams to deliver value. It also includes working with support partners to ensure that revenue, customer satisfaction goals and other outcomes are met in alignment with the products overall strategy and goals.

The Product Owner is expected to:

* Break down overall product strategy and roadmap into quarterly and sprint level goals and priorities
* Deliver prioritized features and corresponding justification based on customer and business value
* Be an expert with respect to the competition in the relevant product area(s)
* Perform product demos to customers, partners and other stakeholders
* Propose delivery estimates to ensure success
* Track and report on performance metrics and key performance indicators

Leadership and credibility will be determining factors in the selection process. Successful candidates will be articulate and possess a demonstrated advocacy capability with strong relationship management skills.

Location preference is West Des Moines, IA; San Antonio, TX; Fort Mill, SC; or Charlotte, NC; Chandler/Phoenix, AZ; or Minneapolis, MN. Other locations within the Wells Fargo footprint may be considered.

Required Qualifications
* 6+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Product management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery or agile product owner

* Mortgage industry experience
* Ability to evaluate risks and the impact of decisions on an overall organization
* Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
* Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
* Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Other Desired Qualifications
* Ability to track software delivery items and make adjustments and course-corrections on a daily and weekly basis in close partnership with delivery teams
* Knowledge and understanding of Agile, and ability to prioritize backlog items based on value outcomes.
* Ability to define epics, features and user stories and collaborate with scrum teams to get them implemented
* Ability to develop partnerships, negotiate, influence and collaborate with other business and functional areas in a matrixed organization
* Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities, underscored by customer and business value

Job Expectations
* This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
