We seed a Pharmacist who, under general supervision of the Site Manager, will perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions in a clinic setting central fill pharmacy with focus on growing and expanding an Assisted Living Facility service.

About this pharmacy

* Central fill pharmacy located inside a clinic that will be adding ALF (Assisted Living Facility) services
* Current hours are Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM; however as the ALF business increases, hours may be extended as well as on-call
* Prefer candidates who have LTC or ALF experience, but will consider all applicants
* Located inside ViaQuest Clinical Services, 525 Metro Place North, Dublin, OH 43017

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

* Distribute drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners.
* Provide information to customers about medications and their use.
* Strong focus on providing a superior level of customer service.
* Log data into the computer.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy.
* Administration of immunizations as allowed by state boards of pharmacy.
* Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties.

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
* Current pharmacist license in good standing the state you are applying for
* APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certificate or equivalent. Genoa will provide training if necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Pharmacy Management experience
* Experience in LTC or ALF
