We are seeking hardware security engineers for our Qualcomm security lab in San Diego. The team collaborates with HW/SW engineering teams and contributes to product security by developing and implementing different types of attacks. The team also supports security certification processes such as Common Criteria and FIPS by interacting with third party labs to successfully complete security evaluations of Qualcomm products

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of industry experience in hardware security.
- Understanding of state-of-the-art countermeasures against side-channel and fault injection attacks
- Familiarity on security evaluation processes such as FIPS and Common Criteria.
- Familiarity with signal processing, data-analytics and machine-learning.
- Experience on offensive security research (CVEs and publications).
- ASIC design experience including architecture and RTL design is a plus.
