Summary:

The Fraud Technology Integration Lead will work with NMs technology and business areas to drive adoption of anti-fraud technologies and tools by coordinating the implementation of new enterprise technologies and the enhancement of existing technologies. A primary objective of the position is to ensure that NMs various lines of business adopt equivalent anti-fraud measures and that the coordinated execution of those measures protects the assets of NM and our clients to the same extent, regardless of product, business area, or channel. As a member of the Anti-Fraud Team, the candidate will contribute to the development of NMs anti-fraud technology program, processes and procedures.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

* Independently leads and/or participates in highly complex cross-departmental fraud technology projects.
* Assesses fraud technology requirements and needs and plays a key role in assessing the vendors and tools, as needed.
* Works with key stakeholders to develop project roadmaps and manages and monitors projects/programs to ensure completion according to established timelines and within budgeted costs.
* Develops, manages scope and priorities, translates business needs into milestones and deliverables and leads cross functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.
* Responsible for issue/risk resolution, adoption, change management, communication and training. Works with key stakeholders across the organization to define and activate plans and address impacts to the client, field and home office employees.
* Develops and maintains best practices, guidelines, techniques and methods for process improvement.
* Fraud technology oversight and vendor management.
* Establishes and supports reporting of metrics to ensure outcomes will be successful.
* Coach, mentor and develop peers and provide quality feedback.
* Assist with incident consultation and fraud analytics and reporting efforts, as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

* Bachelors degree in project management, information technology, business or related field.
* Minimum of six years project management experience with the proven ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, process improvements, communications and change management.
* Business architecture mindset with the ability to transform business processes through people, process, technology and information insights.
* Knowledge Preferred: formal business analyst, engineering or testing experience, knowledge of the financial services industry, familiar with BI tools and agile methodologies.
* High degree of organizational agility and comfort around senior leadership, demonstrated by the ability to influence, negotiate, communicate and collaborate with all levels of employees.
* Ability to be responsive to changing business needs, translate product requirements into technical requirements, manage and prioritize concurrent assignments, and handle ambiguity.
* Must have demonstrated cross functional work in previous experience along with strong communication skills, time management, project management skills, business acumen and a high degree of self-awareness.

This job is not covered by the existing Collective Bargaining Agreement.
