Position Specific Description

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented HVAC Technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems. The technician is skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing HVAC systems. To be successful in this position the candidate must be strong with customer satisfaction, safety, and comfortable around HVAC Systems. Ideal candidates will be patient, and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.

Additional responsibilities:

* Identifying maintenance risks on HVAC equipment
* Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults on HVAC equipment
* Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
* Assisting with customers queries and diffusing conflicts immediately
* Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
* Turning in daily work logs and paperwork daily
* Ability to work in confined spaces
* Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays
* Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures

Job Overview

Employees in this position perform the planning, installation, maintenance, and repair of the residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

* Completes routine inspections of piping systems, valves, and related equipment
* Installs new HVAC systems when needed
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

* High School Grad / GED
* Experience: 3+ years
* Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
