Here at the Rally Software unit of Broadcom, we are evolving how we work and how our customers use our software. In the new paradigm of agile, teams want to know how what they are doing impacts the organization and programs want to commit to and deliver value to customers while continuously improving. We are creating software to deliver on these objectives by iterating quickly, continuously testing ideas and solutions with customers, and delivering software that customers want.

We are looking for a senior level (8+ years) full stack web application engineer to help our feature teams deliver a great product in sustainable ways.

What you will be doing in a typical week:

* Collaborating with a multi-functional team to define work that will meet organizational objectives
* Experimenting with new technologies that improve our software
* Implementing full-stack software solutions to customer problems
* Contributing to team and organizational best practices
* Driving test automation improvement
* Improving our deployment pipeline

Qualifications:

In our quest for a senior level engineer, the main things were searching for are demonstrated talent and passion for collaboration and quality software. Experience in some of the following areas will likely make you a great contributor to our team.

* Solid expertise in one or more general purpose programming languages (JavaScript, Java, Clojure)
* Front-end web application development (React/Redux)
* Database configuration and development (Oracle, Postgres)
* Automated build and deployment systems (Jenkins, Travis CI)
* Test Automation Frameworks (Testcafe, Jest, JUnit)
* Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Collaboration (Pair programming, best practice guilds, mentoring, familiarity with online collaboration tools)
