Job Description
* Supports the Program Manager to successfully reconcile and manage past costs incurred on the task orders and financial execution of the contract.
* Project manage annual subcontractor reconciliations and sub contract close outs functions. Maintain record keeping and provide weekly reporting to Program Manager. Track all open actions to closure.
* Interface with the PMO staff, sub contracts and program control teams while executing daily business functions.
* Performs a variety of program management activities that include, but are not limited to, subcontractor interface and material purchase reconciliations, and travel and ODC reconciliations; labor hours, costs, invoicing reconciliations.

Requirements:
* Must have strong MS Excel skills and experience with enterprise class accounting and finance systems.
* Strong communication skills, as well as excellent teaming skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
* Must be able to track and report on project status, milestones, achievement and impediments.
* BA/BS, 5+ years' experience
* Must have active Top Secret SCI + Polygraph

Function as Primary SETRIS Time Keeping Administrator:
* Provision and maintain subcontractor and temporary/contingent labor resources in SETRIS
* Create PO Lines and dates
* Assist Users with process and setup issues
* Provide training and materials to users
* Assign Primary and secondary approver/reviewers
* Primary reviewers review and accept/reject time cards
* Secondary reviewers review and accept/reject time cards when primary reviewer is unavailable. There can be multiple secondary reviewers
* Assign privileges to subcontract or temporary/contingent labor resources
* Assign PO lines to resources who record time
* Can query any PO
