The Manager of NLP/ML will oversee the development of the QCore Platform and API services. This individual will work closely with Product Management and the other groups that are consumers of QCore to make sure their needs are being served. They will work with the product owner / scrum master to ensure good transparent agile process and maintain a healthy backlog. They will work with QA to guarantee prompt delivery of a high quality platform.
Responsibilities also include:
Mentoring new engineers and interns
Maintenance of appropriate NLP metrics and a program of constant improvement.
Working with QA to continually improve the quality and coverage of regression tests
Communicating platform capabilities throughout the company
Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirement:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Math
Minimum Experience required:
5-10 years experience designing NLP software solutions.
5-10 years experience with a high level language, preferably Java.
Familiarity with diverse set of computing technologies: Linux, Python, Bash, SQL, JavaScript.
Experience with multiple NLP and ML toolsets.
5-10 years software management experience.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
