Sr. Manager, IT Manager

As a member of the EP2Tech Chief of Staff team, you will apply your analytical, risk management, and program / process management skills to support our EP2Tech Cyber, Enterprise Tech Backlog and BAU Compliance Management Strategy. You will collaborate with Enterprise Cyber and Risk teams, EP2Tech application teams and partner with stakeholders across the organization on initiatives to help drive transformation and change necessary to achieve the well managed objectives and reduce our technology risk across the EP2Tech organization.

This position in the EP2Tech Chief of Staff team is looking for a highly motivated professional with excellent organization, problem-solving and communication skills. This individual would be able to develop and implement innovative solutions and processes to identify and mitigate potential risks to the Company.

Responsibilities:

* Promote strategic vision and execute tactical operations to implement overarching risk assessment and risk management programs throughout EP2Tech

* Manage end to end risk management from defining policies and procedures, performing assessments, tracking remediation activities, to closing risk findings

* Partner with Cyber and Tech Risk Management to proactive risk identification, assessment & monitoring

* Partner with the CETP/ETB Program Team, Cyber, and Tech Risk Management to proactively plan and communicate upcoming asks, groom intent, and monitor progress

* Interact with business counterparts and other IT colleagues to ensure appropriate coverage of shared controls and/or shared processes

* Proactively engage team members and project leads to ensure system changes or enhancements consider Audit controls and IT standards before implementation

* Review and verify governance documents and procedures for accuracy and effectiveness

* Create and disseminate reporting and metrics related to the risk environment to key stakeholders

* Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrating respect for others

* Point of contact for compliance and audit engagements

* Prepare for, coordinate, and respond to internal and external audits

* Identify opportunities and work with business stakeholders and partners to embed risk management practices into our daily operations and business processes across the organization

* Use analytical skills to conduct Risk Process Assessment and Improvement, Data Process Design & Process Excellence

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree

* At least 5 years of Program Management or Risk Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* 5+ years experience delivering technology and system implementation programs

* 5+ years experience with the regulatory framework governing the financial services industry
